To study the effect of long-term mining on the microbes in the environment, the soil sampled from Dexing copper ore deposit and its surrounding environment was chosen to be the object of this study. The distribution characteristics of microorganisms in soil were analyzed, and the spatial dependence of between microorganisms and heavy metal elements in surface soil was discussed by using microbial culture method, nucleic acid sequence analysis method and transmission electron microscopy. The experimental results showed that 13 kinds of microbes were isolated from the soil samples in Dawuhe-Gukou riverbank and Zhujiacun. The bacteria isolated from the soil samples in Dawuhe-Gukou riverbank and Zhujiacun had a certain similarity in type and distribution layer; however, to fungi, the similarity between Dawuhe-Gukou riverbank and Zhujiacun was not obvious. The microbial distribution and heavy metal element content in the soil profile had a certain relationship, but not to a simple linear relation, also influenced by various environmental factors.

A new structure of time-divided closed-loop accelerometer is proposed. It requires only one operational amplifier as a negative-coefficient PID is just sufficient. This structure not only reduces the area consumption of the whole chip of the readout circuit, but also lowers the equivalent input noise acceleration as one operational amplifier and two large resistors are reduced. The readout circuit is fabricated using 0.35 μm HV CMOS process, with self-test function included. Test results show that the linearity of 99.72% is achieved under self-test mode. The root-mean-square output noise voltage is around 140 μV from DC to 200 Hz.

A single-ended nine-transistor (9T) SRAM scheme is proposed for sub-threshold operation. The new SRAM cell provides high stability using disturb-free read operation. With a new write mechanism, the cell can solve the pseudo-read problem. Thus, the bit-interleaved structure can be used to address the multiple bit soft-errors problem. Simulation result shows that the SRAM cell can provide 100 mV read static-noise-margin (SNM) and 70 mV worst half-select SNM, when the supply voltage is 300 mV.

Abstract784)      PDF(pc) (2175KB)(551)       Save
A low latency endpoint implementation scheme compliant with specification V1.3 is described. A novel architecture is proposed where most modules in transmitting and receiving paths are designed to work in cut-through modes with the purpose of generating short and fixed latencies. To the transaction interface, requests and responses can be issued from different user-defined ports and sent through the proposed sharable transfer paths. Concurrent transactions can be kept in order by safety arbitration mechanisms. Furthermore, abandoned packets can be cancelled by the enhanced four-queue buffers to prevent invalid transmissions. To the 1x/4x serial physical interfaces, reliable transmissions of packets and control symbols are achieved. Crucial link managements including flow control, error detection and recovery are also supported. Compared with the reference designs, the proposed scheme can achieve lower latency and higher throughput performances. Furthermore, the feasibility and effectiveness have been confirmed by FPGA verifications. Therefore, this scheme is considered applicable in the next-generation high speed embedded interconnections.

Abstract704)      PDF(pc) (606KB)(686)       Save
Four lead-tolerant strains were isolated from lead-contaminated soil around the lead-zinc ore deposit. All strains could grow in nutrient solution containing 100?1000 mg/L Pb(II). The removal rates of Pb(II) by Pb-X-1, Pb-Z-3 and Pb-Z-4 were 78.31%, 77.8% and 87% respectively in the following conditions: pH was 6, 25℃, 160 r/min, initial Pb2+ concentration was 600 mg/L. The Pb(II) removal rate by Pb-X-2 was higher than 95%, when initial Pb(II)concentration was 100?400 mg/L. The result of 16S rRNA sequencing indicates that Pb-X-2 belonged to Stenotrophomonas maltophilia. The removal mechanism of Pb(II) removal by Pb-X-2 was mainly cellular surface adsorption and intracellular enrichment.

Tongchang dioritic pluton in Southern Shaanxi Province is located in the tectonic domain of the Mianxian-Lueyang-Yangpingguan triangle block, northern margin of Yangzi Craton, and consists mainly of diorite, quartzdiorite and granodiorite. Zircon grains separated from these rocks are dated using LA-ICPMS and SHRIMP U-Pb isotopic methods. The dating results indicate three intrusive stages of the Tongchang dioritic pluton, and early diorite emplaced at 879±7 Ma; middle quartz diorite at 848±5 Ma to 840 ±7 Ma, with copper ore-bearing albitite emplced at 834±7 Ma, which is consistent with the crystallization age of quartz diorite within error range, and the last granodiorite at 824±5 Ma. These zircon U-Pb isotopic dating results reveal that the emplacements of the Tongchang diorites and related copper deposit did not occur in Paleozoic but in Jinning stage of Neoproterozoic era. The magmatic activity and related copper deposit mineralization are important responses to the breakup event of global Rodinia supercontinent( 860-750 Ma).

Zhashui granitoids and Dongjiangkou granitoids in the South Qinling tectonic domain of the Qinling orogen, ShanXi province, are composed of porphyry-like granodiorites and porphyry-like monzogranites. LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating,in conjunction with CL-i magery, reveals that the Zhashui porphyry-like monzogranite (sample ZS01-01) emplacedfrom209±2 Mato 199±2 Ma, and Dongjiangkou porphyry-like monzogranite (sample ZS04-01) from219±2 Mato 209±2 Ma. Integrated with the previous studies in regional tectonic setting and geochemical characteristics, the two granitoids formed in one geological event. Emplacement of the Dongjiangkou instrusion is slightly earlier than Zhashui intrusion, and second emplacement of the Dongjiangkou intrusion occurred at synchronous time with the main emplacement of the Shashui intrusion. These new dating data of these two intrusions indicates existing three stages of the tectono-magma activities during ~219 Ma to ~199 Ma along Shangdan suture belt in the north margin of the South Qinling tectonic domain.

Abstract631)            Save
Xiba granitoids are located in the South Qinling tectonic belt, Shaanxi province, which consist of granodiorite, monzogranite and tonalite. LA-ICP- MS zircon U-Pb dating yields two concordant ages, 219 ±1 Ma for monzogranite sample XB01-2, and 218±1 Ma for granodiorite sample XB06-1. The ages for two samples are uniformintest errors, indicating a crystallization age of ~218 Ma. This result, together with the previous studies concerning regional tectonic setting and geochemical characteristics of Xiba granitoids, show that they are produced in the magmatism event of the main orogenic stage of the Qinling orogenic belt.
